Juan Capilla

CEO of Plutos Network

Juan Capilla, graduate of Economic and Business Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid, a serial entrepreneur in both traditional financial industry and cryptocurrencies. Juan is also the Founder of the largest crypto mining company in Northern Spain.

Juan runs his own head office as a full-time swing trader dealing with cryptos, financial and derivative products including stocks, options etc. Juan is also an Advisor to several companies listed on the Alternative Stock Market (MAB of Spain).

Leon Brasero

CTO of Plutos Network

Leon’s studies include a BBA from Oviedo University in Spain and a Master in Financial Economics at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. After working as a valuation and M&A advisor at EY and Philips, he worked as a quantitative trader focusing on derivative products (mainly options, futures and cryptos) in the European trading hub of Amsterdam. His personal ventures include a variety of automated strategies with a focus on correcting market inefficiencies.

Leon’s Blockchain-based development experience includes working on quantitative trading tools, and research about new methods and services that can be applied to decentralized finance, integrating the well tested mainstream financial industry into developing DeFi space.

Gonzalo Viñuela

Marketing Director at Plutos Network

Graduated in Business Administration and Management and with a Master's degree in international trade and Chinese culture, having studied much of it at Zhejiang University. Gonzalo began his professional career at the Inter-American Development Bank focusing on lending and strategic operations for Central American leading enterprises, prior to a stay in China where he was CEO of a trading company.

Since the year 2017, Gonzalo founded and managed several technology companies, and got involved into cryptocurrencies since then. Gonzalo started his crypto businesses both in mining and business development as well as marketing promotions for several top CEX exchanges as an external consultant.
